We’ll be taking over the IChameleon shop in the Thoroughfare and holding a range of games and activities to raise funds as well as telling people more about the centre. Please do pop in and say hello!

Annual Golf Day

Halesworth Golf Club will host our popular golf day for the third consecutive year. Open to teams of four, entry is priced at £40 each player and includes bacon butties on arrival and lunch. There’ll be a putting competition and raffle to keep everyone entertained during the day, while there will be lots of prizes on offer, including longest drive and hole in one.

Cream Teas Afternoon

Nikki Sawkins will host her last ever cream teas afternoon between 2.30pm and 4.30pm. Join us at the Old Rectory, London Road, Halesworth and enjoy a tasty treat in the sunshine!

Dot Booley will hold her annual Christmas coffee morning and raffle from 10.30am at her home at 7, Park Walk, Holton. Everyone is welcome to come along and spread some festive cheer!

Charity Wills Month

Norton Peskett Solicitors has chosen HCNCF as one of two local charities to benefit during charity wills month.

The firm will be offering to draw up simple wills and ask for a donation which reflects the fee normally charged when making a basic will, which is £125 for a single will or £200 for a pair.

Seraphim at Benacre

Fete Champetre

Our thanks go to Frances Lloyd for organising a fabulous concert at Benacre Hall, which featured all-female vocal ensemble Seraphim and Helen Sharp on the harp. The evening raised more than £3,700 towards our appeal.

Special thanks go to the Morton Partnership Ltd for their generous sponsorship, and to Peter Payn from the Suffolk Magazine, who came along and took photographs.

Nikki’s Cream Teas

Many thanks to Nikki Sawkins for organising yet another popular cakes and strawberry cream teas event on Saturday. A total of £581.18 was raised from the event which included all of the usual raffles and stalls. Thanks too to those who came to support us in spite of mixed fortunes with the weather.

Bramfield Hall open gardens

Bramfield Hall opened its fantastic gardens for all to enjoy a delicious cream tea and cake and bag a raffle prize. The charity benefited from the proceeds, thanks in no small part to the beautiful weather, taking over £3,300 on the day.

We were at Patrick Stead Hospital’s annual fete on Saturday 4th June where we raised awareness of the ISC project and the services which the centre will offer. We also organised some exciting games to keep the whole family entertained!

Elvis performs at Halesworth Golf Club!

For one night only, from 7:30pm to Midnight, Elvis Presley and Band will perform at Halesworth Golf Club to raise money towards the information and support centre (ISC) project.

Tickets cost just £17.50 (£15 to club members) and are available from the clubhouse bar.

Under starters orders for a special charity race night!

A special charity race night took place at Holton Village Hall on Saturday 6 February to raise money towards the information and support centre (ISC) project.

During the evening, people got the chance to enjoy all the thrills of the racecourse, being given the chance to bet on races for the chance to win cash prizes.
